Banana Chocolate Chip Mickey Mouse Pancakes

Who doesn't love breakfast, especially pancakes! One of our favorite things to eat is breakfast through out the day, however we wanted to add a twist and a bit of sweetness to our morning. We decided to make Banana Chocolate Chip Mickey Mouse pancakes to start off our day. Anything Mickey shaped taste amazing. My husband bought me a Mickey Mouse silicone pancake mold for our anniversary and I've been using it ever since, I'm obsess with it! lets get our sweetness started!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all - purpose flour

2 Tablespoon brown sugar

1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 cup milk

1 egg

2 Tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 brown spotted bananas

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. preheat your pan just before cooking the pancakes.

2. in one bowl add all dry ingredients and whisk (flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon) Note: sift the baking powder so there isn't any lumps and its easy to mix.

3. In a large bowl, smash the two bananas and then add the milk , egg, oil, and vanilla and stir until combined.

4. add 1/2 of the dry ingredients into the mixture and stir until combined, then add the other half and combine. this will make it easy for you to mix the ingredients without a mess or over spilling.

5. add the mini chocolate chips and stir (this will be very chocolately , which we love, however you can add less chocolate depending how sweet you want it.)

6. add butter to your pan before adding the mixture, or if you want to use the oil spray, make sure to remove the pan from the stove first, then spray and put back on the stove.

7. After you butter your pan drop your Mickey mouse silicone mold. (if you don't have the mold totally fine!) cook until small bubbles form, then flip until the bottom is light golden brown.

8. serve with cut up bananas, a little extra chocolate chips and syrup (if you have a sweet tooth like we do)
