Mickey Mouse DIY Pumpkin
Bibbity bobbity BOOOOOO! tis the season of Pumpkin everything!
For all you Disney Fans out there, I know we all love the huge Mickey Mouse Pumpkin on Main Street. It's the first thing you go to when entering Disneyland, it's a Instagram favorite. It's also my daughters's favorite thing to see on Main Street, I had to recreate one for her to have at home. Lets get started.
Materials:
*1 medium pumpkin
*2 Small pumpkins
*skewers
*Carving tools
*tape
*Sharpie
* Pumpkin light (no candles on this pumpkin)
*scissors
I bought one medium Pumpkin and two smaller pumpkins for Mickeys ears. I started cutting the top of the big pumpkin and taking all the seeds out, with help of my toddler. I sketched out Mickey Mouse's Face. I placed the sketch on the pumpkin and taped the paper onto the pumpkin, I outline the eyes, mouth and nose with one of the carving tools. When thats done, I take the paper off and start carving out the eyes, mouth and nose. The hardest part is over!
Take one of the small pumpkins an insert a skewer in. The skewer with the small pumpkin insert it on top of the big pumpkin, do the same with the other small pumpkin. (optional) If you have some faux leaves, add it to the ears or the top of the pumpkin. take the pumpkin light, turn it on and your Mickey Mouse Pumpkin is ready to be placed on you porch! Happy Halloween Ya'll!!!
