Creme & Sugar

Today in southern California, we finally had rain and it was overcast. I've been dying for a day like this since summer started. A day like this means, it's a Harry Potter day! We saw on Instagram, something that would be perfect for today! So we headed 6312 E Santa Ana Cayon Rd, Anaheim, California, for a sweet little treat.

@cremeandsugaroc Posted last night, They had Butter Beer Hot chocolate!!!! Creme & Sugar "Coffee and dessert Parlour" has one of the most cutest desserts/drinks, Picture worthy for Instagram. Even the place was adorable and very cozy. I love me some farmhouse decor. They were also ready for this spooky time of the year. Nightmare before Christmas decor, Ooohh and dessert.

Before ordering, there are slices of cakes calling your name. They are all different flavors, a lot of people would love the Unicorn cake but theres one that stood out from the rest. The Oogie Boogie Cake, inspired from Nightmare Before Christmas. It was the last one they had so I had to get it. The colors are beautiful! The green, the purple, the black, ahhh LOVE IT!

After obsessing over the Oogie Boogie cake, I ordered the Butter Beer Hot Chocolate. Alani and I had my Gryffindor gear on, we were ready for some deliciousness. The butter beer I've had before (The wizardly World of Harry Potter) has always been super sweet, so I was hoping this time around it wasn't too sweet. When I first saw it, it was so magical. The Butter Beer Hot Chocolate had a lot of whipped cream with gold and white sprinkles and to top it off, it had a lightning bolt Candy on top. The taste was amazing, it wasn't too sweet at all. Alani seemed to like it, mostly the whipped cream. I felt like Hermione, when she had whipped cream on her nose after drinking her Butter beer in from of Ron and Harry at The Three broomsticks. Did I care that I had whipped cream on my face??? No, no I didn't, Alani had some too and we were just enjoying ourselves. I'll be coming back soon.
